Gaston Grows supports students and families across Gaston County by providing access to essential resources that reduce barriers to learning, address basic needs, and strengthen family stability. Through meaningful partnerships with local schools and community organizations, we work to ensure families have access to food, clothing, hygiene supplies, emergency assistance, and other critical supports that promote dignity and well-being.
We believe that when basic needs are met, students are better able to focus, grow, and succeed academically and socially. By responding to urgent challenges and building long-term community connections, Gaston Grows aims to create a network of support that empowers families, fosters resilience, and helps every child thrive.
